She prays everynight
By her bedside
Plugs in her night light
Wishing for God to be her guide
Hoping he could save her
From the scarey man
Known as her father
And tries everything he can
She's just a young girl
Not at all strong
World spinning in a twirl
Where does she belong
She does not know
Her father took her innocence
Leaving her with now where to go
Walking along this picket fence
All of her body aches
From what he has done
He's set her lifes stakes
She fears he has won
Now one to sheild her
Left alone feeling empty
Left with her perverted father
Knowing this shouldn't be
But too scared to stand up
Stuck in this sick ecstacy
Wishing to just wake up
To have her own privacy
Her innocence was stolen
At a very young age
Pleasures that are swollen
Filled with hate and rage
Having to beg for more
He is all she has to hold onto
A reputation of a whore
Her soul, mind, heart split in two
Strength she hopes to find
To tell someone she can trust
About her father of a kind
And her kind of secret lust.
